Rev. Clay also serves as an example and leader in the community. In particular, Rev. Clay leverages his interest and skills in basketball as an opportunity to reach young men. He began coaching basketball in 1987 with the Columbia Basketball Association in Howard County coaching kids from age 8 through 18. Clay loves his children and they accompany him to many of his speaking engagements and other activities he participates in.

But the most important thing Rev. Clay wants you to know about him is, he is a man that has a passion for the Lord and a compassion for God’s greatest creation (mankind). His ministry is founded on 1st Thessalonians 2:4 “But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which judges our hearts.” His theme to life is “faith does not excuse practical planning for your future, but every day you must be intentional to see the opportunities God presents to you.”
